- Acting for the Republic of Lithuania in Bosca v Republic of Lithuania, an investment arbitration conducted under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
- Representing Lithuania’s national railway company in major UNCITRAL commercial arbitrations concerning contractual relations with the largest oil refinery in the Baltics.
- Acting as sole arbitrator, presiding arbitrator and tribunal member in numerous domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
- Providing expert evidence on Lithuanian contract, property and arbitration law in international arbitration proceedings.
- Advising investors on investment protection and potential disputes in the banking, energy and agricultural sectors.
- Advising on and negotiating settlements between investors and sovereign states in Eastern Europe.
- Representing clients before the General Court of the European Union.

- Participating in Lithuania’s legal delegation in proceedings before the International Court of Justice in Allegations of Genocide under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Ukraine v Russian Federation).
